Turn left at second set of lights (Abergele to Llanrwst rd) Follow for 3 miles

Turn right At Cross roads signposted Betws Yn Rhos

Turn right again witin 50yds of crossroads into unnamed single track road (North Wales Stoves Sign at end)

We are approx 1/2 mile on right up lane on Pen y Bryn Farm and holiday cottages.
